Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, mobile, role, password (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Business data the Customer enters: projects, stock, purchasing, suppliers, employees (including Emirates ID, passport, residency and salary details), attendance with GPS location at punch-in, payroll and accounts, and uploaded documents.
  • Security data: login times, IP address, browser type and actions taken, kept in a security log to protect accounts.

Why we use it

Only to provide and secure the service: running each company’s workspace, sending account emails (verification, password reset), preventing misuse, and keeping backups. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Roles

For business data, the Customer is the controller and we process it on the Customer’s instructions. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and informing its employees and suppliers.

Where it is stored

On our own server operated through Hostinger, with daily backups. Emails are sent through Hostinger Email. If the Customer turns on the AI assistant, questions and the related records needed to answer are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer. Fonts and map tiles are loaded from Google Fonts, unpkg and OpenStreetMap.

How long we keep it

For as long as the workspace is active. Security logs are kept 180 days. After a workspace is closed, data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

Each company’s data is isolated, all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access is permission-based with approval for sensitive changes and password re-confirmation, and all important actions are logged.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@fayezhub.ae. Employees and suppliers should normally contact the company that entered their data first. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We only use storage that is strictly necessary for logging in and remembering your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
